How long does the delivery take?

Delivery process approx. 24-48h. The delivery time is currently up to 10-15 working days.

How do you send packages?

The package is sent from our warehouse in China.
The delivery will be sent with other suppliers but usually with postcode

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we only sell and ship our products in Sweden.

  • We deliver our products from producers outside Sweden. We therefore ask for your understanding that the delivery time is longer. If your product has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time or if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service who is available every day of the week and will assist you within 24 hours.
  • We offer free shipping for all products in our range.

Why do we work the way we do?

To avoid storage costs and thereby reduce the final price for you as a customer. The disadvantage is that you have to wait longer for your item, but the advantages are big savings and quality assured products but mainly because we don't store unsold products like many companies do today, this affects the environment a lot, we offer 30 days open purchase with money back -guarantee.

Customs duty?

if customs duty has been added to your shipment, then email us evidence of this and we will most likely reimburse you for this. Otherwise contact your nearest customs office.

Do you provide tracking of packages?

Yes, you will receive an email when your order ships containing your tracking information. Please contact us if you have not received tracking information within five days.

Will my items be sent in the same package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refund

For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange of goods within 30 days of receipt. Refund of return shipping is not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using our contact form .

Shipping on return

We will instruct you via email where to send your item for return. Please note that your return may need to be sent to China where you are responsible for any return costs.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
